Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every piece is handmade to order in our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. We do not keep a lot of finished stock, so please allow 2 weeks for your piece to be made before it
is shipped.

WHERE WE SHIP, WHAT IT COSTS, HOW LONG IT TAKES
Delivery time is counted after the 2 weeks of production.

Lithuania: €5 - 1–2 business days - free on orders over €150
Europe: €10 - 3–5 business days - free on orders over €150
Rest of the world: €25 - 5–8 business days - free on orders over €250

COLLECT IN VILNIUS
You are welcome to collect your order at our studio, Arklių st. 22, Vilnius.
Choose pickup at checkout and we will write to you to arrange a time.

WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS
We send you an email as soon as your piece leaves the studio.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties
and import taxes. These are set by the destination country and are paid by
the recipient.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us
because the address was incomplete, we will contact you and send it again;
a second shipping fee may apply.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, write to us at
orders@gingertail.lt and we will sort it out. We reply within one business day.
