2. Products

We sell jewellery and related accessories.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to screen settings and photography, actual colours, textures and appearance may vary slightly.

Natural gemstones, pearls and handmade products may contain natural variations and should not be considered defects.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable under Lithuanian legislation.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • payment is not received;
  • products become unavailable;
  • fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • pricing errors occur.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payments may be made using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not store payment card information.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Risk transfers once the goods have been physically received by the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days in accordance with Lithuanian consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email.

Returned products must:

  • be unused;
  • be in original condition;
  • include original packaging.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalised jewellery;
  • engraved jewellery;
  • custom-made products;
  • products made according to customer specifications.

These exceptions follow Article 6.22810 of the Lithuanian Civil Code implementing EU consumer legislation.

9. Warranty

Consumers benefit from statutory legal guarantees under Lithuanian law.

If goods are defective, consumers may request:

  • repair;
  • replacement;
  • price reduction;
  • contract termination where legally applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • logos;
  • photographs;
  • product designs;
  • text;
  • graphics;

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from website use.

Nothing limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Consumer disputes may also be resolved through:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 14 business days unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–10 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties outside the EU.

WARRANTY POLICY

All consumers receive statutory legal protection under Lithuanian law.

If jewellery develops a manufacturing defect, customers should contact us promptly with:

  • description of the issue;
  • photographs.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

JEWELLERY CARE

To maintain the quality of your jewellery:

  • Avoid water and chemicals.
  • Remove jewellery before sports.
  • Store pieces separately.
  • Clean with a soft cloth.
  • Avoid perfumes and cosmetics directly on jewellery.

Natural stones and pearls require extra care.
